Cake Paddles are designed with fewer mixing tines than the french wire whips, allowing you to thoroughly mix pourable batters or light mixtures without incorporating too much air. Ideal for quick bread recipes, such as muffins and pancakes, which can become tough and chewy if over mixed. Cake Paddles work well for pourable mixtures, such as cakes, frostings, muffins and quick bread (non-yeasted breads). They must be used with the Metal Whip Driver. Cake Paddles are dishwasher safe.  An excellent addition to your Bosch Universal, Universal Plus or Concept mixer.
