The original bosch stainless steel bowl pack is designed strictly for kneading heavy doughs, although some of our customers use it for mixing cookies. The kneeding hook fits in the bottom of the bowl, so you can fit more ingredients in the bowl. Mix up to 8 1.5 lb. loaves of bread at one time-that's 8 cups of water or milk & up to 22 cups of flour!
