This Grain Mill is suitable for all kinds of dry grains, except field corn. It can be used with the Universal, the Compact, or with the Concept mixer (as long as you have an adapter -MUZ7AD1).  We no longer carry the angled gear adapter for the concept.  The cereal must be completely dry to grind seeds such as poppy, sesame, and linseed on medium setting for best results.
