Add to fondant to create an easy to work with gumpaste. Can be used in place of gum tragacanth. Tylose is basically food grade glue in powder form. Added to fondant, it adds elasticity and decreases hardening/drying time.
Note: This product is prepared and packages using machines that may come into contact with wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy or dairy products, peanuts, soy, and tree nuts.
